Your details, and what we do with them.

Who we are

This website is run by Abbmedia. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us here.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form:

  • your name and email address
  • your phone number and organisation, if you add them
  • the package and services you are interested in
  • your message

We don't ask for anything else, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange your free consultation and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Who else sees it

Only the people at Abbmedia who handle your enquiry, and the service providers who host this website and deliver form messages to us on our behalf. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep them for the length of our work together and for as long as the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere. To do any of these, contact us at sales@abbmedia.agency.

If you're unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).

Storage on your device

This website remembers two settings in your browser: light or dark mode, and whether you have paused its animations. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. Films on the site play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; when you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.
